The role

At Grupoconstant, we are looking for a passionate Cook to join our team. We value creativity, dedication, and teamwork. If you have experience in the kitchen and a good palate for preparing dishes, this could be the opportunity you have been waiting for.

What you'll do

Dish Preparation: Prepare and cook different types of dishes, following the recipes and standards established by the kitchen. Presentation and flavor are essential to our culinary offering.
Team Collaboration: Work hand in hand with the kitchen team and assistants to ensure an efficient workflow and the correct execution of dishes.
Kitchen Maintenance: Ensure that the kitchen and work areas remain clean and organized, following all food hygiene and safety standards.
Inventory Control: Assist in monitoring the availability of ingredients and products, and communicate needs to the staff in charge of purchasing.
Menu Creativity: Contribute ideas to improve and create new dishes that keep our menu fresh and attractive to our customers.

Experience: 1 year

Requirements

Previous Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in restaurants or well-known culinary establishments.
Training: Culinary training will be valued, although practical experience is essential.
Culinary Skills: Solid knowledge of cooking techniques and preparation of a variety of dishes, with attention to detail in every presentation.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and contribute to a positive and productive environment.
Communication Skills: Good communication skills to interact effectively with other cooks and service staff.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic environment and face daily challenges in the kitchen with professionalism.
