We are looking for a Dietitian for collective catering to join one of our centers. The person hired will be responsible for the preparation and customization of the center's menus, controlling and guaranteeing quality and nutrition standards.
What you'll do
Prepare and sign off on menus.
Customize menus and adapt them to food allergies and intolerances.
Manage the allergen list and communicate to the kitchen the portions of each preparation that need to be cooked for each type of diet.
Administrative tasks.
Quality control.
Must maintain a close relationship and contact with the kitchen team.
Identify and report any nutrition and dietetics issues detected.
Prepare special diets and referrals.
HACCP control (mandatory and important).
Nutritional workshops.
Requirements
Higher Level Vocational Training or University Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics/Human Nutrition.
Essential 1-2 years as a Dietitian in collective catering: menu preparation, HACCP control, adaptation to allergies and intolerances. Experience outside of collective catering/catering will not be valued.
Team leadership, organization, and problem-solving.
Communication with clients, center managers, and staff in charge.
