What you'll do
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve quality, service, and sales objectives.
- Manage daily operations together with the restaurant manager, including inventory control, costs, and compliance with standards.
- Supervise the continuous training of staff in customer service and internal processes.
- Ensure that the philosophy of real, sustainable, and local food is maintained in all operations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to guarantee the freshness and quality of the ingredients.
- Support the Director in all their administrative functions
