We are looking for a Collections Manager within the Legal department located at the Serunion head office (Cornellà de Llobregat). The person hired will be responsible for collections management, monitoring of billing incidents, debt regularization, detection of litigation, and contractual coordination.

What you'll do

  • Comprehensive monitoring of the billing and collection cycle.

  • Analysis and monitoring of overdue invoices, outstanding balances, billing incidents, and credits.

  • Direct communication with clients for the claim and regularization of outstanding amounts.

  • Coordination of follow-up meetings and resolution of conflicts impacting issued invoices.

  • Preparation of formal communications, requirements, and status reports.

  • Negotiation of debt acknowledgment agreements, payment schedules, and regularization proposals.

  • Analysis of client claims and definition of action proposals.

  • Incident management and litigation prevention.

  • Support in gathering the documentation necessary for judicial and extrajudicial proceedings.

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • University Degree, Higher Vocational Training, or equivalent studies in Administration, Law, Business Administration (ADE), or similar.

  • Experience of  1 - 3 years in similar functions, within the collections area.

  • Advanced knowledge of the Office suite (good command of Excel).

  • Knowledge and experience in SAP is valued

  • A high level of English is valued.

  • Proactive person, with attention to detail and communication skills. 

  • Teamwork.
