We are looking for a Cook for collective catering to join one of our centers in SOLSONA. The person hired will be responsible for the planning, preparation, and presentation of meals for large groups, guaranteeing quality and food safety at all times. 

What you'll do

  • Develop preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical data sheets, and implement good practices.

  • Prepare menus and adapted diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow.

  • Oversee the inventory of ingredients and materials, placing orders when necessary.

  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP record.

  • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks for the work area, and control the use of machinery, materials, and equipment.

  • Train new team members in kitchen practices and company procedures.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

  • Full-time, 30 hours per week.
  • Schedule: 3 afternoons and 2 mornings. Afternoon schedule:  16:00 to 21:00, morning schedule: 7:30 to 14:00. Weekends off.
  • Salary according to the collective catering agreement + bonus.
  • Permanent seasonal contract.
