The role

We are looking for a Cook to join one of our residences in Arbúcies. The person hired will be responsible for the planning, preparation, and presentation of meals for large groups, ensuring quality and food safety at all times.  

What you'll do

  • Develop preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical data sheets, and implement good practices.
  • Prepare adapted menus and diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow.
  • Oversee the inventory of ingredients and materials, placing orders when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP record.
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and control the use of machinery, materials, and tools.
  • Train new team members in the company's cooking practices and procedures. 

     

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in the hospitality, catering, restaurant, or related sectors.
