The role

We are looking to hire an SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant with between 2 and 3 years of experience, to participate in a functional support and maintenance project for the SAP SD module in an industrial sector company.

The selected person will be responsible for attending to and resolving user incidents, analyzing errors related to order, delivery, and billing processes, and performing module configurations when necessary.

Likewise, they will collaborate with technical and development teams to coordinate incident resolution and provide support to business processes.

What you'll do

Attention and resolution of functional user incidents in SAP SD.
Analysis of errors related to orders, deliveries, and billing.
Configuration of the SAP SD module when appropriate.
Coordination of solutions with technical and development teams.
Support for business processes related to SAP SD.
Communication in English with the client in India

How you'll work

The project modality is 100% remote, with a schedule from 08:00 to 16:00 and no on-call duties.
