Requirements

What we're looking for

More than 4 years of experience in project management and the development of database, dashboard and reporting solutions.
At least 2 years of experience in data management and analysis projects in corporate environments.
Knowledge of design, management and optimization of relational databases: SQL, PostgreSQL and SQL Server.
Experience in the development and maintenance of dashboards with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric flows.
Knowledge of information modeling and ETL processes.
Knowledge of Python for scripting.
Some experience with artificial intelligence engines and large language models (LLM).
Experience in planning, monitoring, and control of technological projects.
Knowledge of agile and traditional project management methodologies (Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2).
University degree in Engineering or Science, with additional verifiable training in data analysis or data engineering.

The role

We need to recruit a Database, Dashboards and Reporting Specialist to participate in a technological project within the Defense sector, oriented towards the optimization of transversal engineering processes. We are looking for a profile with more than 4 years of experience in project management and the development of database, dashboard and reporting solutions, with a clear technical orientation towards the implementation of Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.

The selected person will be responsible for the design and optimization of SQL, PostgreSQL and SQL Server databases, as well as the development of dashboards and KPIs with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. They will also work on information modeling, ETL processes and scripting with Python.

Likewise, they will participate in reporting and digital transformation projects, collaborating with different teams and applying project management methodologies, contributing experience with artificial intelligence engines and large language models (LLM).

How you'll work

Hybrid modality: up to 40% remote work.
Work location: Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid).
Flexible working hours from Monday to Thursday, with start times between 08:00 and 09:00 and end times between 17:00 and 18:00, including a one-hour lunch break.
Intensive working day on Fridays, from 08:00 to 15:00.
Intensive working day during the summer period.
