What you'll get

We offer:

Temporary contract to cover holidays from October 27th to November 4th.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 09:00 - 14:00 and 16:00 - 19:00, Friday: from 09:00 - 15:00 (40 h/w).
Salary: €20,000 gross/year (pro-rated for the days worked).
Collaborative and dynamic environment.
Modality 100% on-site in Ferrol city.

The role

As an Administrative Manager, you will be part of the team providing support to the offices of one of our projects covering holidays for the regular staff in Ferrol.

What you'll do

Your main responsibilities will include:

Customer service in offices.
Administrative management of contacts and documentation.
Data entry in CRM and Excel.
Support in explaining the project's operation and related programs.
