Mandatory technical requirements:

• More than 8 years of experience in SAP integration or IT architecture.
• Demonstrable experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.

At SG Tech we are looking to hire an Integrations Manager to take part in a strategic international SAP S/4HANA transformation program within a leading multinational company in the food and consumer goods sector.

The selected candidate will join a stable, long-term project, taking part in the definition, governance, and coordination of all end-to-end integrations between SAP S/4HANA, middleware, corporate applications, and legacy systems within the EPICAL program.

The role will provide an overall view of interfaces, dependencies, and risks, as well as the integration of critical business processes, ensuring operational continuity and the proper preparation of key milestones such as SIT, UAT, and Go-Live.

This is a highly visible, strategically positioned role with international exposure, working alongside multidisciplinary teams, architects, integrators, business stakeholders, and technology partners.

Project type:

Stable, long-term international SAP digital transformation project.

Main duties:

• Lead the end-to-end integration strategy between SAP S/4HANA, middleware, and legacy systems.
• Manage the interface catalog, dependencies, and architectural alignment.
• Coordinate integration activities for SIT, UAT, and E2E testing phases.
• Oversee integrations on SAP PI/PO, SAP Integration Suite, APIs, and middleware platforms.
• Manage incidents, defects, and impact analyses between systems.
• Coordinate functional, technical, and external vendor teams.
• Ensure architecture, security, and data governance standards.
• Maintain technical documentation, integration diagrams, and data flows.
• Ensure technical and functional readiness for Go-Live.
