Requirements

What we're looking for

Work team provided by the project due to security requirements.
Degree in Computer Engineering, Vocational Training in Computer Systems and Network Administration, or similar.
Conceptual and practical knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Knowledge of computer networks: TCP/IP, routing, and basic security.
Knowledge of computer architecture.
Knowledge of systems administration.
Knowledge of virtualization at a conceptual level, with practical experience where appropriate.
Knowledge of IT security: cryptography, authentication, and access control.
Knowledge of databases and data management.
Knowledge of storage fundamentals.
C1 level of English.
Availability to travel.
Personal Security Clearance (HPS) required for the service.

The role

We need to recruit a Systems, Networks and Virtualization Administrator to participate in a technological project in the Defense sector in Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid). We are looking for a profile with knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, networks, computer architecture, virtualization, IT security, and storage.

The selected person will participate in the implementation of virtualization platforms based on VMware vSphere, the management of virtual machines, clusters, resources, and high availability, as well as the administration of vCenter and its integration with Active Directory.

Likewise, they will work on the management of Windows and Linux operating systems, the administration of NAS and SAN storage systems, the design of hyperconverged environments, and the design and execution of backup and recovery policies.

What you'll do

Implementation of virtualization platforms based on VMware vSphere.
Management of virtual machines, clusters, resources, and high availability.
Administration of vCenter and its integration with Active Directory.
Management of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Administration of NAS and SAN storage systems.
Design of hyperconverged environments.
Design and execution of backup and recovery policies.

How you'll work

100% on-site working modality.
Work center in Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid).
Schedule from Monday to Thursday of nine hours daily, with flexible entry between 08:00 and 09:00 and exit between 17:00 and 18:00.
Availability to undertake travels associated with the project.
