Mortgage Administrative Assistant

• Good proficiency in the Office environment.
• Having experience in reviewing documentation such as deeds, land registry certificates, and appraisals.
• Being an organized and dynamic person.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing land registry certificates (notas simples), deeds, and appraisals.
• Preparing reports
• Uploading documentation to the bank's application.
• Answering the office phone and routing calls.
