The role
We are currently looking to hire Information and Customer Service Assistants to provide service in a museum, depending on a body of the Public Administration.
What you'll do
- Customer service, information, and guidance to the public in the various spaces of the museum.
- Issuance and control of tickets, telephone assistance, and resolution or referral of inquiries, suggestions, and incidents.
- Information regarding exhibitions, cultural activities, services, and access rules.
- Support for visitors in the use of interactive resources and distribution of informative and educational material.
- Collaboration in access control and in the organization of visitor flows.
- Contribution to maintaining order in rooms and public spaces, ensuring the safety of people, collections, and facilities.
- Assistance and support for people with reduced mobility, special needs, children, and elderly people.
- Basic supervision of assigned areas, detecting and communicating possible incidents.
- Support in the management of cloakrooms and compliance with established operating and security procedures.
- Collection of statistical visitor data and completion of documentation associated with the service.
- Collaboration in those customer service tasks that are required by the museum management.
