Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Controller

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Between 5 and 8 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Planning, or Management Control positions.
• Solid knowledge of financial accounting and economic analysis.
• Experience managing and consolidating large volumes of financial information.
• Preparation of executive reporting and dashboards.
• Advanced level of Excel.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience working with SAP, especially in financial modules (FI/CO).
• High analytical capacity, attention to detail, and business vision.
• C1 level of English or higher.

We are currently looking to hire an FP&A Specialist, a key position within the finance area that will contribute to the analysis, planning, and consolidation of the company's economic-financial information, providing an analytical vision that facilitates strategic decision-making.

You will be part of the Financial Planning and Analysis team, collaborating on budget preparation, results monitoring, and the development of financial models that allow for business performance evaluation and scenario anticipation.

• Participate in the preparation of the annual budget and in periodic forecasting processes.
• Analyze deviations between actual results and budget, identifying causes and proposing improvement actions.
• Prepare financial reports with trend analysis and various business scenarios.
• Prepare the company's consolidated financial reporting (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow).
• Collaborate with the Accounting area during monthly and quarterly closings to guarantee the quality of the financial information.
• Design profitability and cost analysis models by client, contract, or business line.
• Develop and maintain databases that support financial models and what-if simulations.
• Prepare economic and financial analyses for General Management and the Finance Department.
• Validate the integrity and traceability of financial information, detecting possible incidents and proposing improvements.
• Review the quality of accounting information and ensure the correct allocation of financial items.
• Collaborate with the different business areas to interpret results and support decision-making.
• Prepare executive presentations and reports for Management.
• Coordinate the consolidation process of financial information coming from the different areas of the company.
