What you'll do
This is a technical position in the Customer Management area, in which you will have to attend to customers regarding their requests and incidents in order to provide the best service.
Manage your client portfolio in collections management:
- Follow up on unpaid invoices.
- Handle billing incidents.
- Maintain timely and direct communication with customers to establish payment agreements and resolve any doubts or incidents they may have.
- Provide constant follow-up to customers to accompany them through the payment process and ensure that established agreements are met.
- Guide the customer on matters related to their debt, offering clear and precise information regarding amounts, deadlines, and available payment methods.
- Comply with average collection periods.
Requirements

Gestionar tu cartera de clientes en la gestión de cobros:
- Realizar seguimiento de facturas no pagadas.
- Atender las incidencias de facturación.
- Mantener una comunicación oportuna y directa con los clientes para establecer acuerdos de pago y resolver cualquier duda o incidencia que puedan tener.
- Dar seguimiento constante a los clientes para acompañarlos en el proceso de pago y asegurar que se cumplan los acuerdos establecidos.
- Orientar al cliente en temas relacionados con su deuda, ofreciendo información clara y precisa sobre los montos, plazos y formas de pago disponibles.
- Cumplir con los periodos medios de cobro.
