Citizen Service Teleoperator (Catalan)

- 30h weekly schedule in a fixed morning or afternoon shift (Morning from 9 to 15h, Afternoon from 15 to 20h) + weekends and holidays according to rotation (maximum two per month).

- Previous training from September 21st to October 1st (2 days online and the rest in person).

- Contact Center collective agreement and Telephone Manager category.

- Temporary Contract + possibility of continuing with the company as it is a Stable project.

- Job location near the Foneria or Ciutat de la Justicia metro stations.

- Salary for 30 h: 13148 gross euros per year.

- Experience in Customer Service, preferably in citizen service sectors.

- Accredited Level C Catalan.

- Good command of call center office applications.

- Immediate availability

Currently, we are selecting Telephone Agents to receive user service calls for a Public Administration service.

• Receive calls from citizens and resolve their inquiries regarding matters related to the City of Barcelona.
