Requirements

What we're looking for

- University education, preferably in Industrial Engineering.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing Operational Excellence Systems or having held responsibility in Operations, Production, or Logistics within the automotive sector environment.

- Valuable experience in continuous improvement of industrial processes.

- Valuable experience in the automotive sector.

- Good command of French and English (ideal C1 level)

- Knowledge of control tools, dashboards, and audits.

- Strong data analysis skills.

- Ability to lead workshops and use Lean Manufacturing tools. VSM, SMED, etc. Strong people management, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

- Availability to travel for project requirements (domestic and international).

Nice to have

We would love for you to be a person accustomed to managing projects, with good planning skills, results-oriented, and with strong analytical abilities.

The role

We are looking for a Senior Lean Consultant, based in Catalonia, for continuous improvement projects, both nationally and internationally.

We require an industrial engineer or graduate, with experience in the industrial sector and valuable experience in the automotive sector, especially in production and logistics processes.

We are looking for a curious person who enjoys challenges and seeks to grow in international continuous improvement projects.

What you'll do

You will evaluate and improve processes and implement the LEAN Continuous Improvement System in the different ongoing projects.
You will develop projects, as well as define implementation plans and manage their consolidation.
You will help drive business growth by seeking new opportunities.
You will conduct Value Stream Analysis (VSM) of industrial and administrative processes.
You will lead workshops and use Lean Manufacturing tools, VSM, SMED...
You will implement Strategic Improvement Plans, providing support in the operational management routines of middle management.
You will manage teams and also negotiate and interact with senior management and operations managers.
