Requirements

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree, preferably in environmental sciences or another technical specialty.
A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in the required tasks within a consultancy firm or as a freelancer is essential.
Experience in projects related to the implementation and maintenance of management systems is essential.
Experience in other sustainability projects (ESG diagnostics, ESG plans, carbon footprint, equality plans, criminal compliance, sustainability reports, etc.) is valued.
It is valued if the selected candidate brings a client portfolio.
A master's degree or postgraduate degree in Integrated Management Systems is valued.
A high level of Catalan, both spoken and written, and an intermediate level of English are essential.
Proficiency in Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Professional with a clear customer orientation and high communication skills.
Professional proactivity, versatility, and creativity.
Having a driver's license is important.

The role

At MC Headhunting, we are looking for a Management Systems Consultant for a major consultancy in central Barcelona:

What you'll do

Reporting to the Business Management, the selected consultant will perform the following tasks:

Advising companies from different sectors on the implementation and maintenance of management systems, mainly in environment (ISO 14001, EMAS), quality (ISO 9001), and occupational health and safety (ISO 45001).
Advising clients on other sustainability projects: carbon footprint calculation and reduction, diagnostics and development of ESG plans, alignment with Sustainable Development Goals, equality plans, preparation of non-financial reports and sustainability reports, taxonomy, etc.
