ACCIONA, in its Facility Services division, is selecting a Continuous Improvement Technician for its team in Barcelona

Mission:
We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Technician, whose mission will be to identify and support the implementation of improvements with the aim of optimizing activity, increasing operating margin, customer service and/or service quality.

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the project, the team, and the internal client.
• Identifying areas for improvement in project development, defining improvements, and implementing the defined measures.
• Monitoring, based on KPIs, the evolution (level of implementation) and results of the project.
• Managing external consultancies that can provide support to ACCIONA on the project.
• Coordinating with other company departments, especially for the development of improvements (digitalization, data management...).
• Supporting operational teams during the implementation of improvements, facilitating the adoption and sustainability of changes.
  Collaborating in defining the service and the necessary workload for specific activities.
• Following up with managers in each area to ensure the generation of continuous improvement proposals that impact the business.
• Reporting on completed tasks and associated timelines.
• Controlling project compliance regarding deadlines and costs, as well as validating ROI and savings.
• Quantifying, documenting, and monitoring the operational and economic benefits generated by the projects.
• Designing procedures, operational standards, and work instructions derived from implemented improvements.
• Identifying technical innovations, recording them in improvement files, and prescribing them, as well as best practices detected, to the different management areas.
• Analyzing improvement opportunities and root causes to propose appropriate improvements and increase the productivity and/or quality of the service.

• Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
• Specific knowledge: Knowledge of Lean Management / Kaizen / Continuous Improvement / Six Sigma, Excel, Power BI.
• Experience: more than 3 years of experience in consulting in the area of operations, supply chain or similar. Experience in the facility management sector and in cost reduction projects is valued.
• Skills: drive for results, collaboration, flexibility, customer focus, communication and influence, analytical capacity, initiative
• A driver's license and own vehicle are essential.
