The role includes promoting automation, Artificial Intelligence, and advanced data processing where they improve engineering quality, efficiency, and project delivery.
Leading and developing a diverse, global technical team, fostering a high-performance culture across different time zones.
Driving the adoption of AI tools and advanced data processing (like LIDAR) to optimize ATC application design and testing.
Ensuring all CBTC and ATC solutions strictly adhere to CENELEC safety standards and the V-Model life cycle.
Harmonizing engineering methods globally by promoting automation to improve quality and reduce time-to-market.
