Requirements
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within financial services, leasing, vendor finance, equipment finance, or related industries.
- Proven experience managing customer portfolios while successfully acquiring new business opportunities.
- Experience within industrial markets, equipment manufacturers, distributors, or vendor ecosystems is highly valued.
- Strong understanding of financing solutions, leasing structures, and commercial processes.
- Experience working with CRM tools, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Strong hunter mentality combined with excellent relationship management capabilities.
- Commercially driven with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust and influence decision-makers at different organizational levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive business growth.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Languages

The role
Siemens Financial Services (SFS) provides innovative financing solutions that enable customers and vendor partners to access technology, equipment, and digital transformation investments. Through tailored financial solutions, we support sustainable growth and help our partners accelerate their business opportunities.
We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager (Industrial Business) to strengthen our presence in Northern Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing an existing portfolio of industrial vendor partners while actively developing new business opportunities across the region.
As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth within the Industrial Business segment. You will develop long-term relationships with vendor partners, identify new market opportunities, and act as a trusted advisor, helping customers and vendors leverage financing solutions to grow their business.
What you'll do
- Manage and develop an existing portfolio of industrial vendor partners across Northern Spain.
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new vendors and distribution partners to expand Siemens Financial Services' market presence.
- Prepare and execute strategic account plans for key vendors to drive sustainable business growth.
- Build strong relationships with vendors, distributors, and end-customers through regular meetings, business reviews, and joint customer visits.
- Promote financing solutions as a strategic sales tool and increase financing penetration within partner sales organizations.
- Provide training and support to vendor sales teams on financing products, processes, and digital tools.
- Monitor pipeline development, sales performance, and market trends, taking proactive actions to maximize business opportunities.
- Work closely with the Sales Team, Risk Management, Operations, and Marketing functions to ensure excellent partner and customer experience.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and ensure high-quality reporting through CRM systems.
- Support the implementation of sales initiatives and business development programs to achieve annual targets.
- Analyze market developments, competitive activities, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and Siemens governance standards.
- Act as a strong ambassador of Siemens Financial Services, both internally and externally.
