You like mechanics and are curious about agricultural machinery.
You have a practical, careful, and decisive way of working.

You feel comfortable alternating between the workshop and field interventions.
You are motivated to learn, adapt, and grow in a technical sector with a long history.
You understand that, in the field, a timely repair can mean much more than a single workday.

To carry this out, you must bring in your backpack:

Training or experience linked to mechanics, electromechanics, industrial maintenance, automotive, agricultural machinery, or similar.
Knowledge of mechanics and hydraulics.
Previous experience in the repair or maintenance of machinery, industrial vehicles, automotive, agricultural machinery, or industrial equipment.
Ability to interpret faults and work with technical criteria.
Driving license B.
Availability to perform occasional field interventions using company resources.
Residence or availability to reside in Villanueva de la Serena or surrounding areas.

Nice to have

Specific previous experience in agricultural machinery.

Experience in dealerships, official workshops, industrial machinery, trucks, automotive, or factory maintenance.
Handling of diagnostic tools.
Interest in specializing in agricultural machinery and growing within the sector.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Because you will have a stable professional career path in a consolidated company, with a track record and in a process of growth.
Because you will work in a sector very connected to the productive engine of the area: the countryside, agricultural machinery, and professionals who need agile answers to keep working.
Because you will be part of a technical environment with facilities, tools, and means prepared to work well.
Because your work will have real utility: every diagnosis, repair, or tuning helps farmers, ranchers, and professionals continue working.
Because you will be able to continue developing in mechanics, hydraulics, electricity/electronics, and agricultural machinery.
Because we are not talking about repetitive mechanics: every machine, fault, and work context can bring a different challenge.
Because the company contemplates remuneration adjusted to the profile, with the possibility of a productivity bonus depending on level and performance.

The role

Some see a machine standing still.
And others understand what that means when the countryside keeps moving.

At SiLosTienes we are looking for an Agricultural Machinery Mechanic - Electromechanics and Hydraulics in Villanueva de la Serena for Agrivisa, a company specialized in the sale, repair, and maintenance of agricultural machinery.

Agrivisa works with leading brands such as New Holland and Case IH, providing service to farmers, ranchers, and agricultural professionals in Extremadura. An activity very connected to the productive engine of the area, where every machine counts and every repair helps the work continue.

A stable position for those who enjoy understanding how machines work, solving real problems, and knowing that their work has a direct impact on the day-to-day of the countryside.

What you'll do

Your mission will be to perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work on agricultural machinery, from Agrivisa's facilities in Villanueva de la Serena and, when necessary, in the field.

Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic faults in agricultural machinery.
Perform repairs and preventive and corrective maintenance on tractors, implements, and other equipment linked to the agricultural sector.
Use tools, technical means, and diagnostic systems specific to the workshop.
Work in the workshop and, occasionally, in the field when machinery cannot be moved to the facilities.
Coordinate priorities with the technical team and collaborate in resolving incidents.
Maintain order, safety, and the quality of the work performed.
Continue learning about agricultural machinery, brands, technical systems, and new solutions in the sector.
