Construction and Production Technician

• Proficiency in standard tools for budgeting, measurements, or technical drawing.
• Have previously worked in medium or small construction companies with agile structures and multi-functionality.

• Training related to building: Degree in Building, Technical Architecture, Building Projects, Drafting or similar.

• You will join a company with a track record in the sector, based in Villanueva de la Serena with activity mainly in the province of Badajoz.

Your mission will be to actively participate in the execution and monitoring of building works, helping the work move forward with foresight, control, and good rhythm.

• Perform site layouts and marking on-site, especially in residential building projects.
• Monitor the progress of the works and detect needs on the ground.
• Order and coordinate materials so that the site maintains continuity and execution rhythm.
• Prepare budgets, measurements, and certifications.
• Coordinate closely with Management and the site team to ensure that execution advances as planned.
• Support the daily organization of the sites and resolve operational incidents typical of the day-to-day.

• Previous experience in building works, especially in housing.
• Knowledge of site layouts, measurements, budgets, and certifications.
• Ability to order materials and monitor needs on-site.
• Driver's license and availability to travel around the province of Badajoz, mainly Vegas Altas and La Serena.
• Reside in Villanueva de la Serena or surroundings, or be willing to relocate to the area of operation.
