At SiLosTienes we are looking for a person to lead the activity of the Cáceres Delegation of a company in the food distribution sector. A profile with a commercial vision, management capacity and, above all, a way of leading that is very close to the ground: close to the team, the clientele, and the day-to-day of the business.

We are not looking for someone who supervises from afar. We are looking for someone who gets involved, who accompanies, organizes, and pushes forward.

What you'll do

Your mission will be to coordinate the activity of the delegation, guaranteeing both its smooth operation and its growth. Your functions will be:

Leading daily operations, being close to the team and accompanying the work on the ground.
Coordinating and supervising commercial activity in the area, ensuring agile and high-quality service.
Maintaining and strengthening the relationship with current clientele, while also detecting new business opportunities.
Organizing daily work, ensuring the smooth functioning of the team and processes.
Monitoring activity, resolving incidents, and contributing to the delegation functioning with judgment, rhythm, and order.
Working in a coordinated manner with the headquarters, from where the product is supplied, to ensure fluid and well-integrated operations.
