The role

Sinch is a global leader in cloud communications, helping businesses connect with their customers through messaging, voice, and email. Our platform powers billions of interactions every year - from transactional alerts and marketing campaigns to rich, AI-driven conversations.

We're at an inflection point. As enterprise communication shifts from one-way messaging to intelligent, multi-turn conversations, Sinch is building the products and infrastructure that will define this next chapter. That means investing in agentic AI, conversational intelligence, and the orchestration layer that ties it all together.

As our New Sales Manager, you will act as a "hunter in the wild": your goal will be to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with large and complex enterprise accounts across South East Europe and MEA, bringing new logos to Sinch.

You will leverage both marketing-generated leads and your own prospecting initiatives, working in close collaboration with SDRs, Solutions Engineers, Marketing, and Product teams. Your mission will be to help new enterprise customers unlock the full value of the Sinch entire portfolio while driving revenue and Gross Profit growth.

You will be based in Madrid, but you will collaborate with colleagues across Europe and report to the Regional Director South Europe. Your territory will be the one assigned to South Europe MEA.

What you'll do

  • New Business Acquisition: Drive new enterprise customer acquisition by delivering compelling, value-based sales presentations that articulate Sinch's unique proposition and business impact
  • Prospecting & Opportunity Identification: Proactively prospect and build pipeline across the enterprise market, identifying new logos and strategic growth opportunities
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with SDRs, Solutions Engineers, Marketing, and Product teams to advance opportunities
  • Solution Design: Deeply understand the prospect's needs and business requirements to design customer-centric solutions that align with Sinch's portfolio and deliver tangible value
  • Commercial Deal Execution: Own the full commercial deal cycle, from pricing strategy to contract negotiation and deal execution
  • Pipeline Management & Forecasting: Maintain a healthy, predictable pipeline with strong data hygiene, and report on sales activities and accurate forecasts
  • Market Research: Stay constantly informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitive dynamics to continuously refine your sales strategy
