What you'll do

You take on responsibility from day one, support our operational goals, and contribute to shared team success. After successfully completing the program, you will be placed directly into a leadership position anywhere in Spain
You gain a comprehensive overview of key business areas such as Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management, and continue to develop according to clear learning and performance goals
You work in day-to-day operations from day one, get to know our essential roles such as Rental Sales Agent, and receive support through training in communication, conflict resolution, sales, and problem-solving strategies
You collaborate closely with Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership directly on the job
