Consultant – Project Manager

BERRIUP is looking to incorporate a Consultant - Project Manager into its team in Donostia or Bilbao.

You will manage open innovation programs, driving their development, monitoring their objectives, strengthening relationships with different agents, and detecting new growth opportunities. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team in the development of other BERRIUP projects.

You will join a small, young, highly qualified, and very committed team, assuming as your main responsibility the management and development of open innovation programs and, additionally, collaborating with the rest of the team on other BERRIUP projects and initiatives.

• You will manage open innovation programs and monitor their objectives, priorities, and results.

• You will interact with clients, companies, talent, and collaborators, building relationships of trust.

• You will detect new opportunities for collaboration and development.

• You will participate in commercial meetings and present projects to different stakeholders.

• You will coordinate initiatives and perform follow-ups to ensure their correct execution.

• You will analyze the evolution of projects and propose improvement actions.

• You will prepare proposals, presentations, and documentation linked to the projects.

• You will collaborate with your colleagues on other BERRIUP projects and initiatives, contributing vision for business opportunities, management capacity, and customer orientation.

• Impactful project: You will have direct responsibility for open innovation programs, actively participating in their development and growth.

• Autonomy and responsibility: You will have the space to organize, propose, and make decisions, with a clear orientation toward objectives.

• Transversal vision: In addition to the open innovation programs, you will collaborate with your colleagues on other BERRIUP projects.

• High-level team: You will work in a small, young, agile, and highly committed structure.

• Flexibility: You can work from Donostia or Bilbao. From Monday to Thursday, you will have a split shift with flexible entry and exit times, and on Fridays and during July and August, a continuous working day.

You will fit this position if...

• You bring approximately between 3 and 5 years of experience in innovation consulting, strategic consulting, business development, project management, or similar environments.

• You have the capacity to manage projects with autonomy and interact with different stakeholders.

• You possess a commercial orientation and ease in detecting opportunities and generating relationships.

• You are a responsible, organized person clearly oriented toward objectives.

• You like working in a team and operating within small, agile structures with diverse projects.

• You have an approximate B2 level of English.

• A high level of Basque will be especially valued.

• You can work from Donostia or Bilbao.
