Data Architect Presales (Cloud/ AI/ Data)

• More than 7 years of experience in the development and deployment of cloud data projects in production environments.

• Ability to lead digital transformation projects with a business vision and a focus on value delivery. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Experience leading medium-sized teams, especially regarding annual strategy definition, objective monitoring, and team activity coordination.

• Participation in presales activities for at least 2 years, with a proven track record of proposals, presentations, and clients across different sectors.

• Advanced level of English.

• Solid experience working in a public cloud environment on Azure and/or AWS (certifications valued).

• Experience designing scalable, resilient, and secure solutions. Knowledge of complex data architecture patterns (Data Mesh, Data Fabric, etc.) is also expected.

• Knowledge of real-time or near-real-time processing mechanisms (streaming techniques or micro-batching), and orchestration strategies with OSS or cloud tools (Airflow, Azure Data Factory, AWS Step Functions).

• Experience in data modeling, especially regarding normalization, logical and physical design, and consumption patterns.

• Knowledge of data governance and security, especially regarding the application of good metadata management practices, data quality, access policies, encryption, and regulatory compliance.

• Experience integrating data from sensors and devices (IoT) is positively valued.

• Experience as a technical generalist with a comprehensive view of the full lifecycle in cloud/data projects, including:

• DevOps & CI/CD.

• ETLs and data engineering.

• AI/ML components and performance KPIs.

• Cloud governance.

• Data governance.

• Ability to understand technical requirements and identify key questions.

As a Data Architect Presales, you will be a technical and technological reference in Data, Artificial Intelligence, and Cloud, and you will contribute your expertise to generate a highly innovative and attractive technical environment.

You will participate in the entire consultative sales process from a technical standpoint, being a key player in the design of technical solutions and the presentation of proposals to clients, as well as acting as a trusted technical advisor for them. You will also participate in the project implementation with the client from a technological perspective.

• Design data architectures in the public cloud (Azure, AWS) that support near-real-time and batch data flows, applying patterns such as Lakehouse or Data Fabric at an organizational level.

• Technically lead data projects and products, supervising Data Engineers and collaborating with Data Scientists, analysts, and business.

• Apply good architectural practices, promoting automation, efficiency, and scalability.

• Interface with technical and business stakeholders, explaining design decisions and strategic recommendations.

• Be part of the Tech Sales team, serving as a reference in technology and knowledge in Data, Artificial Intelligence, and Cloud, using technical expertise to improve the effectiveness of the sales process for Sener's digital solutions and services.

• Become a trusted technical advisor for Sener's clients in Cloud/AI/Data, in collaboration with other Sener technical experts.

• Increase the credibility of Sener's technical brand through technical competence in commercial presentations, events, and meetings with clients and partners.

• Understand the regional market and transform this knowledge into sellable offer packages.

• Have a broad understanding of the projects and solutions executed by Sener, identifying potential synergies between client needs and market trends with the aim of improving Sener's offering.
