Clinical Field Assistant

The expected gross annual salary range for this position is between €29,750 and €44,500.

The base remuneration offered to the selected person will be determined based on objective factors related to the position, including, among others, relevant competencies, qualifications, and experience, the scope and responsibilities of the position, geographic location, and internal equity criteria.

Compensation decisions are made using consistent and gender-neutral criteria, in accordance with applicable salary transparency regulations. This position has been evaluated within our internal job architecture and assigned to a specific salary band to ensure consistency and equity.

We are looking for an energetic person with curiosity and a passion for the surgical environment to join our team as a Clinical Field Assistant in Barcelona. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a project with a direct impact on patients and healthcare professionals.

In this role, you will become a technical reference within the operating room. Your day-to-day will be dynamic and connected with medical teams. You will accompany surgeons and nursing staff, ensuring that our products are available, ready, and used appropriately during surgical procedures. You will be an active part of operating room preparation, material and stock monitoring, and the resolution of technical incidents. You will also be the link between our team and the hospitals, supporting logistical, administrative, and billing processes to ensure that every surgery is performed without unforeseen issues.

It is a role that combines technical knowledge, attention to detail, on-site accompaniment, and a great vocation for service toward clinical teams.
