Medical Advisor - Cardiovascular Area

At Talent Search People, we are looking for a Medical Advisor in Barcelona for an important client in the pharmaceutical sector.

• -Scientific Strategy and Leadership: Develop and execute the Medical Plan for the cardiovascular area, advising Marketing on promotional design and leading Advisory Boards and expert meetings at a national level. -Evidence Generation and Publications: Promote and manage clinical trials, non-interventional studies, and investigator-initiated trials (IITs), coordinating the publication of high scientific impact results. -KOL Relations and Scientific Networks: Establish strategic alliances with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), represent the company before Scientific Societies, and participate in working groups and international initiatives at a corporate level. -Cross-functional Advisory and Training: Collaborate with key departments (Market Access, Registrations, Pharmacovigilance, and Business Development) and lead the continuous medical-scientific training of the commercial team. -Regulatory Compliance and Mentorship: Guarantee compliance with the Farmaindustria Code of Ethics in all activities and offer guidance and coaching for the development of junior profiles within Medical Affairs.

• -Academic Background: University degree in Health Sciences (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biomedicine, Biochemistry, or Biology). -Specific Experience: Demonstrable experience in the Cardiovascular Area and/or metabolism. -Languages and Regulations: Fluent command of technical English (spoken and written) and deep knowledge of pharmaceutical legislation and codes of ethics (Farmaindustria). -Desirable Profile (Valued): Medical specialty (MIR), Doctorate (PhD) or postgraduate studies in Medical Affairs / research, as well as training in Project Management. -Key Competencies: Strategic thinking, autonomy in decision-making, market vision, negotiation skills, and cross-functional influence.
