• Manage assigned bidding files from start to finish.

• Analyze administrative and technical specifications to identify requirements, risks, and opportunities.

• Coordinate with the different Business Units the definition of the supply strategy.

• Prepare, review, and consolidate all required administrative, technical, and financial documentation.

• Ability to manage a high volume of files while maintaining high quality and compliance standards

• Ensure compliance with internal approval and control processes.

• Simultaneously manage multiple tenders with demanding deadlines and shifting priorities.

• Follow up on awards, contracts, modifications, and incidents.

• Keep reporting and KPI information up to date.

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and propose new solutions to optimize bidding processes.

• Contribute to the analysis and monitoring of results to improve the company's competitiveness and positioning in the public market.

We are looking for a Tender Specialist to join our Tender & Commercial Operations team in Spain. This is a key position for the business, with direct impact on the growth, profitability, and commercial success of our different business areas. We are looking for an analytical, organized, and results-oriented person, capable of working autonomously in a dynamic environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail.

Key requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in public tenders management, public procurement, Sales Operations, or similar functions.

• Knowledge of public procurement processes and associated document management.

• Experience analyzing tender documents and administrative and technical requirements.

• Advanced level of Microsoft Excel and good command of Word and PowerPoint.

• Fluent Spanish__SJ_

• B2 or higher level of English.

• Proven ability to coordinate different stakeholders and manage priorities in high-demand environments

We will also value:

• Knowledge of the Public Sector Contracts Act.

• Experience in the healthcare sector, medical devices, medical technology, or healthcare.

• SAP knowledge.

• Experience with e-tendering platforms and digital document management tools.

• Knowledge of Power BI or other data analysis tools.

• Analytical skills and business orientation.

• Communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
