• Excellent writing, spelling, and written communication skills.

• Degree / Training in Marketing, Journalism, Communication, Advertising and Public Relations, or similar.

• Intermediate English. Portuguese and/or Italian will be valued.

We are looking for a person for the position of Marketing Trainee  to join the Marketing team. This department's mission is to strengthen Soltec's positioning as a leader in the energy sector, generating value through strategic communication, a solid brand, and actions directed at our key audiences, always aligned with corporate objectives.

The mission of the position is to provide support to the Marketing department in the creation and management of content for the company's various communication channels, contributing to the development of marketing campaigns and actions, as well as the identification of trends and opportunities that allow for the reinforcement of the brand's presence and visibility.

• Creation of content for social media, web, newsletters, and other corporate channels.

• Researching topics, trends, and communication opportunities.

• Generation of ideas and support in the planning of the content calendar.

• Preparation, scheduling, and monitoring of competitor and sector publications.

• Support in internal and external marketing campaigns and actions.

• Coordination with Product and other departments to develop content.

• General support for the various needs of the Marketing department.

• Offer support to other functions and projects within the area.

• The described functions cover the main responsibilities of the position, without prejudice to other activities related to its scope of responsibility.

• Flexible start time between 8:00 and 9:30h.

• Hybrid modality (1 day of teleworking).
