Carry out the implementation and configuration of control and communications systems in projects
Analyze and resolve technical issues in projects.
Prepare technical documentation, incident reports, and action procedures.
Manage and handle technical tickets on the platform, prioritizing based on the impact on project operations.
Provide remote support to on-site technicians.
Handle other incidents and/or needs that may arise, such as material purchases, technical consultations, etc.
Make site visits to provide training on product operation and platform presentations.
Provide training to clients on platform usage.
Monitor and track the status of NFs involving the department.
Supervise assembly to carry out tests in order to verify the correct operation of the system.
Prepare reports and documentation and provide information to the central office on activities carried out in projects.
Communicate values and actively participate in the company's quality management, occupational risk prevention (ORP), sustainability, and environmental management systems, in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
Provide support to other functions/projects within the area.
These functions represent the overall scope of the position, but are not limited exclusively to them.
Vocational training in Electronics, Electricity, Mechanics/ Industrial Engineering/ similar studies.
Intermediate-advanced English level, with the ability to hold a conversation required. Certification is not necessary, but the ability to work in that language both spoken and written is.
An intermediate-advanced level of Portuguese, with the ability to hold a conversation, will be valued but is not essential.
Between 1 and 3 years of experience in similar positions or equivalent to studies.
Experience in Linux environments and system configuration.
Knowledge of networks and communications (configuration, troubleshooting, and diagnostics).
Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, OPC, etc.)
Technical rigor and ability to analyze and diagnose technical issues in electronic and computer systems.
