The role

For our Product Operations team, we are looking for 👉 a Product Operations Trainee to provide support in the maintenance and updating of our database (orders, products, orderbook imports...) and operational support during product launches (RID updates, product arrival dates, preorders set up).

What you'll do

Collaborate in the creation, maintenance, and updating of orders, order entry + order update.
Maintain direct contact with IT, logistics, and commercial departments to facilitate the flow of information and ensure the consistency and updating of master data.
Follow up on pending merchandise by proactively consulting our various suppliers.
Participate in the preparation of status reports regarding orders, stock, statistics, etc.
Prioritize delivery notes with our Logistics department.
Support the operations team in the management of product launches.
Contribute to the monitoring of inventory and stock levels between warehouses.
Participate in new projects for the optimization of internal processes.
