Due to the company's growth, we need to set up an in-house prevention service, and therefore we are looking to hire an Occupational Risk Prevention Manager / HSE Manager who will work from the Human Resources department.
Coordinate and monitor the group's preventive planning, ensuring its proper implementation across the different sites and companies.
Prepare, update, and manage preventive documentation: risk assessments, safety plans, corrective measures, internal procedures, and records through Smart OSH.
Plan and conduct periodic visits to the group's workplaces, identifying areas for improvement and supporting teams in implementing preventive measures.
Lead the Joint Prevention Service in the companies where it applies and coordinate the relationship with the External Prevention Service in the rest.
Promote a preventive culture at all levels of the organization, working closely with managers, operational teams, stores, warehouses, and offices.
Coordinate and deliver health and safety training, both directly and through external providers.
Manage the monitoring of PPE, medical check-ups, mandatory training, medical fitness and other documentation related to occupational health and safety.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and occupational diseases, analyzing causes, proposing corrective measures, and coordinating with the Mutual Insurance Company and prevention services.
Participate in Health and Safety Committees, maintaining fluid communication with the workers' legal representatives.
Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on internal and external audits, including the first audit of the group's Joint Prevention Service.
Coordinate prevention with external companies, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring proper management of business coordination activities.
Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention with all three specialties (workplace safety, industrial hygiene, and ergonomics/psychosociology).
At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position of responsibility.
Upper-intermediate English level (B2).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Valid driver's license and availability for frequent travel.
A calm, resilient person with proven negotiation skills at all levels.
