We are looking for a Sales Operations Real Estate Trainee to join our team to provide direct support to the Sales Manager of the Digital unit. Your main function will be to provide key administrative and operational support to ensure process efficiency and the achievement of the area's billing objectives.

What you'll do

Document Management and Regulatory Compliance: Collect documentation from owners and buyers in sales transactions, ensuring compliance regarding Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
Operational Monitoring and Coordination: Monitor visits carried out to the portfolio of published properties and coordinate with viewers and photographers to ensure a high-quality service.
Support in Closing Operations: Act as a backup for the Digital Sales Manager, providing support to ensure the closing of operations when there is purchase interest.
Certificate Management: Provide support in the processing and management of certificates required for the Digital area (occupancy certificates, energy certificates, and asbestos certificates).
