Responsibilities

As Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the store team, focusing on driving sales and maximizing store profitability while providing optimal service. Additionally, you will work to exceed your store's KPIs, complying with company procedures and policies, and representing Sprinter in the most professional manner.


In your day-to-day role:

What you'll do

Customer Experience

- You will provide customers with excellent levels of service.
- You will handle their inquiries and complaints, offering the best possible solution.
- You will ensure that the appearance of sales staff is in line with company guidelines.
- Manage, train, motivate, and coordinate the store team to ensure the customer service guidelines and procedures set by the company are met.


Sales

- Analyze reports and data to support decision-making in order to boost sales or correct deviations, ensuring goals are achieved.
- Ensure control of store records for KPI analysis (FF, ATV, ASP, CR, UPT), applying it to store operations.
- Manage store resources, seeking efficiency and adapting them to the store's needs.


Visual Merchandising

- You will use it to attract, engage, and motivate customers to make purchases in the store using the latest visual techniques.
- You will provide assistance in maintaining standards in the sales area.
- Ensure that all launches and promoted products are visible in the correct locations.
- You will keep stock clean and presentable at all times.


Training & Development

- You will foster team progress.
- You will provide assistance with onboarding and training of new staff.
- You will help develop existing staff, ensuring they complete relevant evaluations.


Human Resources

- Competency-based selection of profiles to join the store.
- Ensure proper compliance with human resources policy and the collective bargaining agreement.
- Ensure proper compliance in the store with all occupational health and safety regulations.


Profit Protection

- Comply with and oversee compliance with the standards of that department.
