The role

You will be the person responsible for data analysis and the generation of reports at different levels, regarding the group's employee data, in order to predict and optimize the processes of the People department.

What you'll do

  • Generate monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports on remuneration and other operational indicators.
  • Analysis of different KPIs and business metrics, generating different ad hoc reports for different areas of the group.
  • Collaborate in the preparation of the annual remuneration budget for the ISRG group.
