We are looking for a NetApp Storage Expert Technician to join the operations area and take on the advanced management of the storage systems that support our Private Cloud and IaaS infrastructure services. The selected person will participate in both daily administration and the technological evolution and design of new versions of the storage platform.

What you'll do

- Advanced administration of NetApp ONTAP clusters and controllers in high availability (HA-pairs).
- Management of volumes, aggregates, LUNs, snapshots, clones, and replication policies (SnapMirror/SnapVault/ActiveSync).
- Monitoring of performance metrics (IOPS, latency, QoS) and system capacity.

- Advanced diagnosis and resolution of incidents (troubleshooting) related to storage and its integration with other services.
- Planning and execution of non-disruptive updates and maintenance.
- Integration of storage with virtualization environments based on VMware and Proxmox.
- Coordination of backups and geographic replications between data centers.
- Research, evaluation, and design of new versions of the storage infrastructure, proposing improvements in architecture, performance, and resilience.

- Collaboration in the automation of management and monitoring tasks for storage arrays.
