Currently at Babel, we are looking for a senior profile specializing in Storage and Backup.

• The main mission of the position will be to guarantee the correct operation, maintenance, and evolution of the storage and backup platforms, ensuring their availability, performance, and compliance with established service levels.

• Management, monitoring, and optimization of storage infrastructures, guaranteeing their performance and availability.

• Administration of backup platforms, including the management of policies, copy reviews, restorations and control of data integrity.

• Management of incidents and problems related to storage and backup platforms, participating in the analysis and resolution of complex problems.

• Execution of maintenance tasks, including updates, patching, and evolution of the platforms.

• Specialized technical support to other operation and infrastructure teams regarding aspects related to storage and data protection.

• Preparation of technical reports and platform status reports, including aspects of capacity, performance, and compliance with backup policies.

• Participation in improvement initiatives and technological evolution of the storage and data protection platforms
