The role

🌍 Would you like to be part of important international congresses and experience them from the inside?

At Staff Global Group we are selecting stewards (male and female) to work at important international congresses that will be held at Fira Barcelona, from November 17 to 19, 2026. We are also looking for people with full availability on Monday, November 16.

We are looking for responsible, outgoing, and proactive people, with a high level of languages and a desire to be part of our team at large events.

What you'll do

Attention and orientation for attendees and speakers.
Access control and accreditation.
Support in rooms and information points.
General support for the event organization.

How you'll work

📍 Location

Fira Barcelona.

📅 Service dates

Tuesday 17, Wednesday 18 and Thursday 19 of November-full availability all three days
We are also looking for profiles with full availability on Monday, November 16. Indicate in the form if you can work this day.

Specific schedules will be communicated during the selection process.

📄 Permanent seasonal contract.

Requirements

✅ Full availability from November 17 to 19.

✅ Also indicate if you have full availability on November 16.

✅ High level of English, Catalan, and Spanish.

✅ Good communication skills and customer orientation.

✅ Good appearance and positive attitude.

✅ Previous experience in congresses, fairs, or events is highly valued.

Uniform

Black blazer, black dress trousers, white button-down shirt and black dress shoes (flats or pumps).
