Requirements

What we're looking for

• Education: Associate degree/University degree in the social field.

• Minimum experience in the following areas: company commercial departments, HR departments, or as a prospector in Employment projects. Experience in assisting people with high social vulnerability.

• Orientation towards vulnerability

• Being staff or an active volunteer of Red Cross or belonging to any of the vulnerable population groups included in the Red Cross Employment Plan.

• Knowledge of the labor market and knowledge of the human resources, selection, and training field.

• A resourceful person, with planning and organizational capacity; Communication skills, Capacity for teamwork; Empathy and Active Listening.

Nice to have

• Driving license type B is valued

What you'll get

• Incorporation: Immediate

• Contract: Temporary until 31/12/2026

• Working day: 40 hours per week (20h Sabadell, 20h St. Cugat). Schedule: Monday to Friday in morning and afternoon shifts (with flexibility)

• Professional group and Collective Agreement applicable: Group 2, level 4, of the Red Cross Own Agreement in Barcelona. Remuneration: €26,307.70 gross/annual for full-time (100%).

The role

We are looking to incorporate an employment technician into the “RETO SOCIAL EMPRESARIAL” and “ACELERADORES GO” programs/projects, an employment technician with the objective of prospecting, raising awareness, and informing companies in Vallès Occidental regarding Red Cross Employment programs.

What you'll do

• You will generate, maintain, and engage in interlocution with companies and manage possible collaborations and alliances within the framework of labor insertion and CSR.

• You will promote inclusive local markets, involving companies in favor of employability and the insertion of people at risk of exclusion, equality, and non-discrimination.

• You will carry out the recruitment and management of job offers.

• You will manage non-labor training internships and follow-up with companies.

• You will carry out the selection process and labor intermediation.

• You will work collaboratively with the Red Cross prospecting teams.

How you'll work

• Workplace: Sabadell and St. Cugat, with availability to travel within the region during the working day.
