The role

At Staff Global Group we are looking for people to perform a Mystery Shopper service in hearing aid centers. If you are a discreet, observant person who is very attentive to detail, we want you on the team!

Fuengirola

📅 Date:

To be confirmed.

🕐 Working day and schedule:

Visit of approximately 2 hours.
The appointment must be managed previously by telephone with the assigned center.
Permanent seasonal contract.

🎯 What will you do?

Contact the center beforehand to request an appointment for a hearing test.
Perform a complete hearing test.
Collect information about the brands and models of hearing aids marketed.
Observe products, brochures, and promotional material available at the center.
Request a quote including the recommendations and products offered.
Subsequently complete a brief questionnaire about the experience.

👤 Required profile:

Person between 50 and 60 years old.
Moderate hearing loss (approx. 50 dB).
Person who does not use hearing aids regularly or who does not wear them during the visit.
Discreet, observant, perceptive, and attentive to detail.
Active profile, who especially values product quality and the solution offered.

Salary: 9.36 € gross/hour.
