Requirements

What we're looking for

* Native or bilingual level of English, with the ability to maintain fluid conversations and conduct oneself with total naturalness.

* Appearance and profile consistent with a British tourist.

* Good communication, observation, and attention to detail skills.

* Driver's license and own vehicle to travel around the southern area of Tenerife.

* Availability to carry out the project during the week of November 16, 2026.

* Availability to attend a mandatory online training session on the afternoon of November 10.

The role

From Temporing, we are selecting 1 Mystery Shopper profile for an important establishment evaluation project in Tenerife, which will take place during the week of November 16, 2026.

What you'll do

* Visit 25 establishments located in the south of Tenerife following the client's instructions.

* Evaluate the shopping experience and the service received in each establishment.

* Interact with staff naturally, simulating being a British tourist.

* Observe and assess different aspects of the service, paying attention to details.

* Collect the necessary information and complete the corresponding reports after the visits.
