The role

At Staff Global Group, we are looking to hire a Team Coordinator with a high level of English to work at an important international congress that will take place at IFEMA Madrid during the month of October.

We are looking for a person with demonstrable experience coordinating teams of more than 20 people, accustomed to managing personnel during high-volume events and with the ability to resolve incidents agilely.

What you'll do

Main functions: coordination and supervision of the assigned team during the congress, organization and distribution of personnel, attendance and schedule control, management of breaks, communication with the organizing team, and resolution of possible incidents during the service.
