What we're looking for

Training in Administration or demonstrable previous experience in industrial B2B companies or in the photovoltaic sector.
Demonstrable experience in the use of SAP and CRM.
Languages: English; C1 level. Must be able to speak, understand and write. The candidate must be able to express their ideas in international meetings. Portuguese: Language proficiency will be positively valued.
Communication skills: Listening, understanding and addressing needs in direct contact with our customers. Skills for in-person interaction.
Attitude profile: Honest, empathetic, organized, proactive and motivated person. Decisive and resilient. Willingness to learn and teach.

Nice to have

Previous experience in Marketing topics.
Other valued aspects: Residing in Sabadell or nearby areas.

The role

For the sales administration department of the Electrical Connectors division, we are looking for a proactive person to be in charge of:

Managing the administrative sales cycle (quotes, orders, contracts, rates and incidents).
Preparing and validating commercial proposals quickly and accurately.
Acting as a point of contact between sales, customers and operations.
Collaborating on Marketing tasks with the aim of generating "leads" for the sales team.
Use of available digital tools. (Office, Copilot, Teams, One Note).

Job objectives:

Ensure operational excellence in the commercial process, providing strategic support based on data, automation and cross-functional coordination to maximize the efficiency of the sales team and improve the customer experience.
Full use of available digital tools.
Collaboration with Marketing.
Willingness to travel occasionally to customer events.
Personalized attention to some customers (Distributors).
Teamwork. Both local and international.
Compliance with the company's ethical values.

Temporary 6-month contract
Hybrid role: 4 days in the office and 1 day of remote work.
