Warehouse Manager

• Experience in team management: Your experience leading people, especially in logistics, industrial, large-scale retail, or business services environments, will allow you to take on the challenge with confidence and continue developing your leadership.
• Experience in logistics operations: Having 2-3 years in a similar position will help you quickly understand the needs of the operation and make decisions with a practical vision.
• Training oriented towards management: Your vocational training, Degree, or Bachelor's degree—especially if you have supplemented it with studies related to logistics—will give you a good foundation to understand and improve processes.
• Organizational and planning capacity: Your ability to prioritize, distribute resources, and anticipate needs will be key to maintaining an efficient operation even when the pace changes.
• Proficiency in digital tools: Handling Microsoft Office, email, internet, and WMS will allow you to work with the data and systems you need to monitor activity and detect improvements.
• English C1: Your ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, will allow you to operate fluently in an international environment.

• You will coordinate the activity and logistics processes of one or several strategic customers, ensuring the service level and the profitability of the operation.
