What we're looking for

At least 3 years of experience in the refrigerated transport sector in a traffic department or similar role within the agri-food industry.
Knowledge of the market for self-employed carriers and small to medium-sized companies.
Knowledge of current legislation on the matter.
Excellent communication skills are essential.
English is essential; French is a plus.

The role

STEF, a specialist in Transport and Logistics activities, is looking to hire, for one of its branches in Valencia, Alicante, Barcelona, or Bilbao, an INTERNATIONAL REFRIGERATED FLEET COORDINATOR (M/F) for a permanent contract.

This is an operational position in the transport area, where you will be responsible for assisting clients/suppliers with their requests and incidents in order to provide the best service.

What you'll do

Managing routes and international groupage, monitoring internal and external transport resources assigned based on activity volumes.
Seeking to optimize routes and delivery times.
Expanding the transport fleet with self-employed drivers and small and medium-sized companies.
Meeting service quality standards, as well as client-specific requirements regarding packaging and transport.
Managing transport IT tools, ensuring correct reporting of information.
Handling day-to-day incidents related to transport.
