What you'll do

  • Manage customer incidents by telephone to provide information regarding their delivery status.
  • Track shipments through the information system.
  • Carry out workplace-specific document management such as delivery notes, orders, among others.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as traffic and loading dock in relation to delivery priorities and rescheduling.
