At Stradivarius, we are looking to bring in a Maintenance Engineer to the Distribution team located at our Logistics Center situated in Sallent (10 minutes from Manresa).
What will your mission be?
Supervise and enforce the maintenance service processes to guarantee the maximum availability of the center's technical infrastructure, together with the center's Technical Manager and the Maintenance Service Manager, to optimize the performance of all resources and achieve a dynamic and decisive team that improves service quality.
Supervise the correct execution of the maintenance company's standards to ensure quality in the established processes. Monitoring of KPIs, corrective maintenance, and audits.
Supervise the correct functioning of the logistics infrastructure and the resolution of incidents and/or breakdowns.
Devise and propose new working methodologies and redefine existing ones to optimize the maintenance company's resources.
Monitoring of Continuous Improvement, the obsolescence plan, and new projects.
Validate and control the spare parts purchases made by the subcontracted maintenance company to avoid stockouts. Control of risk indices and costs.
Maintain and update the Maintenance Management System and the SCADA.
Analyze the reports presented by the Maintenance Service Manager related to the variables affecting service quality.
Comply with and enforce Occupational Risk Prevention, Environmental, and all other regulations applicable to the center.
